Admission Requirements for the Teaching Certificate Program in Music

1. Holders of a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Music (B.Mus., M.Mus., B.A., or M.A. in Music) from the Academy or an equivalent institution*
2. A minimum undergraduate GPA of 85 or above
3. A grade of 90 or above in the major field of study
4. Proficiency in the English language
5. Successful completion of an admissions interview

* Applicants who do not fully meet the admission requirements may be considered at the discretion of the department.
