As part of the ninetieth anniversary of the founding of JAMD, an international conference on perspectives in the pedagogy of the performing arts was held. Over sixty speakers from Israel (including faculty members from the academy) and from all over the world created a discourse and shared experience and research on pedagogical methods in the field of performing arts - music, dance and theater. Researchers, active artists and educators reviewed historical and national traditions in arts education and marked new directions in pedagogy in the digital age, in interdisciplinary and multicultural contexts.
